Adolescent Therapy

Finding help for your teen can feel overwhelming.
You’re not just looking for “therapy”—you’re looking for someone who actually understands your child… and your family.
We specialize in working with adolescents in a way that actually connects. Not forced. Not clinical. Not something they dread.
Our approach helps teens open up, build confidence, and start making better decisions—while also helping parents feel more grounded, supported, and heard.
Learn More About Our Approach
Our Unique Method
In our adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we focus on something deeper than behavior change—we focus on identity.
Many teens don’t struggle because they “don’t know better.”
They struggle because, over time, they’ve internalized an identity that doesn’t support who they actually want to become.

Whether it’s “I’m the anxious one,” “I’m the screw-up,” “I don’t care,” or “this is just who I am”—these internal narratives shape decisions far more than rules, consequences, or even motivation.
Our approach targets this directly through what we call identity encoding.
We help teens recognize the unconscious beliefs and roles they’ve adopted, and begin actively reshaping them into identities that are aligned with strength, discipline, self-respect, and purpose. Because when identity shifts, behavior follows.

Everything we do in our program is designed to reinforce that shift.
Physical training like boxing and CrossFit isn’t just exercise—it becomes a lived experience of discipline, resilience, and capability.
Creative outlets like storytelling and podcasting aren’t just expression—they give teens the opportunity to rewrite how they see themselves and how they want to show up in the world.
Even our use of structured tools supports consistency, accountability, and follow-through—traits that become part of who they are, not just what they do.
This isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about helping teens become someone different—someone who no longer needs to rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms to function.
Because when a teen starts to see themselves differently,
they begin to live differently.

And that’s where real, lasting change happens.
